Enjoy a creative buzz through inspirational bars from MC-based UK Bass music. 

We'll create a safe space & share tunes. Once inspired and energised, we'll enjoy fun, mood-boosting techniques from poetry and music therapy. 

Come chill for an hour with some tunes.
